This is a somewhat rough approximation (since the bar around here that had them went out of business during the pandemic) of H&D's Schoolhouse Bar Stool (model 8235B) as commonly found in bars and as seen here: http://www.hdmanufacture.com/product/school-house-series-8235b/

All modifiers have been left un-applied, so you can modify the base mesh or modifiers as needed. The materials are all procedural (only tested in Cycles). To use, go to File -> Link, open the file, go to collections, and select the Schoolhouse Bar Stool collection.
